Job summary

Jabil seeks a quality leadership professional in the United States (South Carolina) to drive continuous improvement across Quality processes, systems, tools, and metrics. You will recruit, interview, and hire Quality Engineers, OBA personnel, and Quality Analysts while coaching staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.

You will establish measurable goals, manage cost and performance, and align the Quality strategy with campus directions, while ensuring compliance with ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years experience, including two years in a supervisory role required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Quality Engineers, OBA (out of box audit) personnel and Quality Analyst resources.
• Coach Quality Engineering staff in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors that can be improved; make improvements.
• Create and manage succession plans for Quality function.
• Establish clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results.
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.
