You will recruit, interview and mentor Quality Engineers and Quality Analyst resources, establish measurable goals, and coach teams to excel while coordinating efforts during crises and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Quality Engineers, OBA personnel and Quality Analyst resources.
• Coach Quality Engineering staff in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors and drive improvements.
• Create and manage succession plans for Quality function.
• Establish clear measurable goals and objectives to drive team results.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and maintain focus during crises.
• Provide weekly communication and organize information clearly for the department.
