Centene is seeking a quality management professional to enhance health plan programs through strategic quality initiatives. This role involves analyzing quality metrics, creating risk assessments, and utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience and relevant certifications, contributing to the health of 28 million members.

Plans, organizes, and monitors quality-related projects to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.
Associate’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related clinical field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years clinical experience or managed care/health insurance experience required; 1+ year quality experience preferred.
Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred; CPHQ preferred.
Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
