Job summary

OP Mobility is seeking a Quality Program Engineer to coordinate quality-related tasks within a fast-paced environment. You will act as the quality representative on the Core Development Team and lead APQP/PPAP activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and robust quality control across prototypes and production stages.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and experience in coordinating design and process FMEAs, risk management, and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Coordinate project quality related tasks.
• Act as the quality representative on the Core Development Team.
• Complete APQP deliverables.
• Assure on-time PPAP submission.
• Represent external and internal customers on the platform.
• Analyze trial data and identify sources of process variation.
• Coordinate internal and external pre-production audits.
• Identify, assess, and communicate quality risks and deviations.

Responsibilities

• Quality representative on the Core Development Team and coordinate quality tasks.
• Maintain quality objectives and dashboard.
• Prepare for quality reviews and SOP-based approvals.
