Sealed Air is seeking a technically proficient Extrusion Operator for a night shift in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence as you monitor and set up extrusion machines and record production data.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience as a machine operator, can read technical documents, and works well independently or in a team while adhering to all safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a machine operator.
• Able to stand, bend and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• Able to read technical documents, safety rules or work orders.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational, math and writing skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work any shift based on business needs.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Follow all Sealed Air policies and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to quality control standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
