Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a quality-focused in-plant professional to champion safety, drive continuous improvement, and ensure top-tier product quality at our Arkansas facility. You will lead process improvements, collaborate with suppliers, and support audits while maintaining a customer-centric plant culture.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving, presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, with a willingness to learn plant-specific software and systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills for one-on-one and small group settings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Champion all aspects of plant safety and ensure PPE usage and housekeeping.
• Promote a customer-centered culture at the plant.
• Develop and continually improve technical knowledge of processes for quality and efficiency.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement and lean practices with data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate to manage supplier quality and drive corrective actions.
• Assist in internal surveillance audits and ensure adherence to QMS.
