Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) seeks a detail-focused Quality Technician to support quality assurance across the value stream. You'll partner with the Quality Manager to help ensure products, processes, and documentation meet customer requirements and MCC quality standards while following defined procedures.

This role offers hands-on experience with label approvals, data analysis, internal audits, and continuous improvement projects, strengthening your QA, inspection, and quality systems

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of quality or manufacturing experience; printing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read rulers, interpret measurements, and perform color hue testing.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance across the value stream to meet customer requirements and MCC standards.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Assist with equipment calibration, care, and documentation.
• Approve labels, processes, and materials prior to press runs.
• Perform internal audits as part of MCC’s Internal Audit Team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects.
• Attend department meetings and work overtime as needed.
