Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support QA, Operations and R&D. The role involves leading ISO9001 internal audits, performing SPC analyses, and transitioning SOP training to electronic systems.

You will train staff, handle inventory movements, and assist with batch checking in a multi-shift lab environment. The ideal candidate brings analytical lab experience, process improvement skills, and familiarity with polymers, UV, and blended final solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required (Chemistry or Engineering degree preferred).
• Ideal candidate has 3+ years of lab, quality and/or process manufacturing experience or co-op/intern experience in applicable industry.
• Experience with ISO9001 internal audit programs is a plus.
• Strong background in analytical lab operations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO9001 internal audit team with guidance from QA Supervisor.
• Perform SPC studies and support transition to electronic SOP training and tracking.
• Train and perform general lab tech tasks such as inventory movements and batch checking.
• Maintain lab equipment and general lab supplies; fill in for lab techs when needed.
