Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5-10+ years of quality experience in specialty chemicals, adhesives or related technology.
• Knowledge of Quality Management processes and standards (ISO9001, 14001 & Aerospace standards).

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Culture at site and ensure all Quality processes are understood and followed.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and train the quality control team to ensure high productivity and technical integrity.
• Promote achievement of corporate and plant goals within the assigned team.
• Champion Right First Time improvement including monitoring quality metrics to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement a plant operations and quality control plan to reduce COPQ and improve plant metrics.
