Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Quality Lead at our Memphis, TN facility to oversee quality, process and business improvement initiatives. You will interact with customers and suppliers on quality issues and may supervise staff to implement quality policies.

The role requires 3-5 years of quality experience, GMP compliance knowledge, and leadership in quality tools. There may be overtime based on business needs and project demands.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years quality experience.
• Audit facility for GMP compliance.
• Ensure testing standards and reliable results.
• Lead problem-solving with plant and customers.
• Mentor technicians in quality tools (SPC, DOE, Centerlining).
• Interview and authorize personnel actions.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and assist team to achieve them.
• Audit facility for GMP compliance and testing accuracy.
