Job summary

Saint-Gobain ADFORS is seeking a Quality and Process Engineer to lead technical initiatives across quality, process engineering and project management. You will support World Class Manufacturing objectives and capital/non-capital projects, driving improvements in process capability and product quality.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering and 3+ years in industrial manufacturing, with familiarity in ISO 9001/14001 and Lean/Six Sigma approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Industrial Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes, product quality, operational efficiency and cost performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage process improvement projects and support quality system compliance.
• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
