Saint-Gobain ADFORS is seeking a Quality and Process Engineer to lead technical initiatives across quality, process engineering and project management. You will support World Class Manufacturing objectives and capital/non-capital projects, driving improvements in process capability and product quality.
The role requires a B.S. in Engineering and 3+ years in industrial manufacturing, with familiarity in ISO 9001/14001 and Lean/Six Sigma approaches.

The Quality and Process Engineer serves as a technical leader and this role combines quality engineering, process engineering, and project management responsibilities to support continuous improvement initiatives, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) objectives, and capital/non-capital projects.

Pay Transparency:
We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is TARGET BONUS 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee
