Description
- Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate nonconforming products, scrap, rework, turnbacks, customer returns, and other quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and metrics used throughout the organization.
- Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, consistency, and visibility across manufacturing operations.
- Support audits, CAPAs, compliance initiatives, process documentation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, improve decision-making, train users, and strengthen quality systems.

Profile
A successful Quality Process Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Five or more years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Systems, or a related manufacturing function.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment supporting quality systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of NCRs, scrap, rework, customer returns, CAPAs, audits, or quality reporting systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and levels of leadership.

- Competitive base salary of $130,000-$150,000 plus annual bonus.
