Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality operations for a specialized manufacturer in highly regulated industries. You will oversee a team of inspectors and quality professionals, drive ISO 9001 compliance, and champion continuous improvement across production transfers and new product introductions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing, strong audits and documentation experience, and AS9100 or similar regulated manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quality leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience leading and developing quality teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
  • Experience managing audits, quality documentation, and compliance programs.
  • Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and delivering measurable business results.
  • AS9100 certification, aerospace, defense, medical device, stamping, molding, or regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors and quality engineering personnel in a manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, preventative actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Serve as the primary quality liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve quality concerns and improve performance.
  • Lead supplier quality programs, audits, qualification activities, and supplier development efforts.
  • Partner with manufacturing leadership to support new product introductions, facility growth initiatives, and quality improvements during production transfers.
