Job summary

SKILL partners with a manufacturing leader to hire a Quality Process Analyst who will support quality systems and documentation management. You will review and update SOPs, work instructions, and related docs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, process improvement, document control, or business process analysis preferred.
• Understanding of SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and quality systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, organize, and maintain files from servers and document management systems.
• Review SOPs and work instructions for accuracy and alignment with processes.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Process and review 10–20 documents daily with accuracy.
• Capture visual documentation, including photos from the production floor.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and stakeholders to validate processes.
• Document current-state processes and propose future-state improvements.
• Identify deficiencies in systems and participate in continuous improvement.
• Gather and summarize data to support reporting and decisions.
• Prepare and maintain moderately complex documentation using standard tools.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support change management and process transformation initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and adherence to document control.
