Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually
We are seeking a Quality Documentation Center Analyst III to support the management, review, and control of quality-related documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and contractual obligations. This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage documentation processes in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with quality records, document control systems, and compliance requirements. A background in computer science or related technical disciplines is welcomed, particularly for supporting data analytics, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
Essential Functions- Review, process, and maintain quality documentation in accordance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and contract compliance obligations
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly formatted, and routed in a timely manner
- Support the control, retention, retrieval, and archival of quality records and related documentation
- Coordinate with quality, engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to resolve documentation issues and obtain missing or corrected information
- Monitor documentation status and communicate progress, issues, and priorities to stakeholders
- Assist with audits, customer reviews, and compliance assessments by providing accurate quality records and documentation support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in documentation workflows, record management, and reporting
- Support development of metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility into documentation quality and turnaround
- Contribute to data analytics and process automation efforts to improve efficiency and accuracy within the documentation center
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and traceability of controlled records
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, or graduate degree. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- Experience working with documentation control, quality records, contract compliance, or related administrative/analytical processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, omissions, and formatting issues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and follow documented procedures, customer requirements, and contractual documentation requirements
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and document management systems
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with quality management systems, document control practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting audits or working in controlled documentation environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, or process automation
- Knowledge of database tools, workflow systems, or scripting/reporting tools used to improve business processes
