Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing seeks a quality inspector to perform initial visual inspections of metal stampings and packaging. You will record inspection data in Plex and support production activities to ensure quality parts meet customer requirements.

You will work at Plant 4 in Holland, MI on rotating shifts, loading/unloading up to 60 pounds, following JES and gage instructions, and maintaining a safe, clean work area while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Six-month manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Demonstrates high standards of performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial visual quality inspections of metal stampings.
• Efficiently package parts in containers per packaging instructions.
• Record inspection data in Plex and support production workflow.
• Meet daily/weekly production requirements and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Cross-train on various work centers and complete required paperwork.
