Job summary

IAF in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor supplier quality performance and provide supplier support. The role includes performing internal IAF audits as directed by the Quality Manager and coordinating with the QA team to meet quality objectives.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree, audit certification, and familiarity with AS400/ArcSuite. Some travel and hands-on QA activities may be required to uphold IATF16949 standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Quality certification for internal or lead auditor in ITAF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier quality performance and provide supplier support.
• Perform internal IAF audits as directed by the Quality Manager or Quality Area Manager.
• Coordinate with Quality Manager and QA team on goals and objectives.
• Respond to supplier needs via phone, email, and Teams meetings.
• Issue CARs to suppliers and assist internal CAR processes to strengthen controls.
• Update supplier score cards and monthly charts; facilitate audits.
• Use AS400/ArcSuite to access quality data and documentation.
