Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis seeks a quality, performance and operational improvement professional to coordinate and report activities that assess care services, compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards, and patient safety.

You will work with leadership to select topics, analyze data, and support accreditation efforts, applying analytical skills to identify trends and drive improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality and performance improvement concepts and Joint Commission standards.
• Ability to identify data sources and conduct statistical analyses.
• Experience coordinating reviews and reporting with leadership.
• Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report quality/performance/operational review activities.
• Establish review criteria and standards for care and compliance.
• Execute the Review Process: select records, analyze data, and present findings.
• Perform concurrent reviews for unexpected outcomes, risk management, and sentinel events.
• Use analytics to identify trends and inform improvement decisions.
• Collaborate with nursing/medical staff to support PI plans and patient satisfaction.
• Support accreditation procedures and prepare required reports.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and data collection.
