Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System provides psychiatric care in Memphis, TN. The Quality and Performance Improvement team coordinates data collection, reporting, and analysis to meet regulatory standards. This role supports the Quality Committee, conducts investigations, and ensures timely incident reporting.

The position emphasizes chart audits, documentation, and acting as a liaison during absences of the Director of Regulatory Compliance, within a team-focused, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a health-care related field; a Master’s in Social Work or RN, LPN, LPC, LCSW or LMSW license is preferred.
• Experience in basic accounting principles, computer programming, spreadsheets, and healthcare processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines (State, TJC, insurers, licensing bodies) and understanding of Quality and Performance Improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in coordinating the Quality and Performance Improvement functions; collects information, prepares reports, and analyzes data.
• Facilitates the Quality Committee and conducts investigations; reports incidents timely and maintains documentation.
• Performs monthly chart audits to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met; serves as contact during absences of the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
