Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy seeks a Senior Manager, Quality Performance Improvement to lead enterprise-wide quality, performance improvement, and learning initiatives. You will partner with clinical and executive leaders to drive measurable outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role focuses on advancing patient/safety, access, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across service lines. This is a strategic advisory and implementation leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, nursing, social or behavioral science, data analytics, quality improvement, health informatics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare performance improvement, analytics, or related field, including 2+ years in leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills; ability to work in virtual/remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise-wide quality improvement program and annual quality plan.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide performance measurement systems, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to advance patient safety, access, and outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional performance improvement initiatives.
