Qualifications

• Minimum two years of clinical experience in healthcare or the medical field.
• Experience in quality management or performance improvement preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
• Ability to exceed minimum standards and pursue CQI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan.
• Educate leadership, medical staff, hospital staff, and Governing Body on quality standards.
• Facilitate performance improvement and CQI activities hospital-wide.
• Support administrative teams and department managers for committee prep.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory surveys and accreditation reviews.
• Oversee Risk Management and Utilization Plan within the QAPI framework.
• Lead and manage clinical education programs for staff.
