Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Healthcare Administration; MSN preferred for nursing track.
• Three years of clinical experience with psychiatric mental health population.
• Current LCSW or RN license as applicable.
• NC Driver's License and CPR certification.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to department directors and medical staff to monitor and improve quality of care.
• Develop and implement plans for quality improvement across the facility.
• Promote a culture of quality consistent with Old Vineyard's mission.
