Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality improvement consulting and patient safety initiatives across regional hospitals. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on process improvement to achieve measurable patient outcome goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in quality improvement, an active IN RN license (NLC acceptable), and a preferred CPHQ/CPPS certification, in a hybrid Bloomington area posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant quality improvement experience.
• Active Indiana RN license or NLC RN license required.
• CPHQ or CPPS certification preferred.
• Five years of progressively more responsible experience in Quality Improvement or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement consulting and patient safety initiatives.
• Support staff in identifying, monitoring, and improving care processes.
• Develop and implement quality initiatives and end-to-end strategies to meet accreditation and payer requirements.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership in quality and patient safety.
• Serve as a resource on data, HRO principles, and patient safety culture for hospital leadership.
