Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Quality Leader I to collaborate with clinical teams, lead improvement projects, and advance patient safety initiatives. You will analyze data, develop policies, and participate in multi-disciplinary committees to drive measurable quality outcomes.

Requirements include a clinical degree and 2+ years in healthcare with quality or safety experience; CPHQ or CPPS are preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a clinical background or Master's in healthcare.
• 2+ years in healthcare with 1+ year in quality or patient safety.
• Medical record review/abstraction experience.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to implement communication, education, and process solutions.
• Coordinate peer review and assist with minutes/forms for quality committees.
• Perform medical record reviews and data analysis for quality improvements.
• Lead or participate in improvement projects and RCAs/FMEAs.
• Develop quality measurement, evaluation, and improvement approaches.
• Publish and present organizational learning and collaborate with clinicians.
