Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Quality Manager in Indiana to lead and support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across hospitals in Bloomington, Bedford, Paoli, and surrounding areas.

The role requires RN licensure in Indiana, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and 5–7 years in quality improvement with strong leadership. It is a hybrid role with one remote day per week and involves collaboration with clinical leaders regional-wide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Masters degree is preferred.
Requires an active RN license in Indiana or an active NLC RN license.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) certification preferred.
Five years of progressively more responsible experience in Quality Improvement or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and support employees in identifying, monitoring, evaluating, educating, and improving processes affecting patient care.
Provide day-to-day operational leadership in quality improvement consulting and patient safety.
Develop and implement quality initiatives.
Own end-to-end strategies to ensure the highest rating through measurement bodies like TJC, CMS, Anthem, ISDH, and third-party payors.
Monitor progress and improvements toward goals; serve as a data and quality resource to hospital leadership.
