Job summary

Berry Global Group in Seattle is seeking a Packer / Line Inspector to verify product quality by visually inspecting for defects and packaging the product for storage. You will read production instructions, work at a fast pace on a 12-hour shift, and stand for long periods.

This role requires safety awareness, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds while using PPE. Teamwork is important, with occasional independent work with your machine.

• Good hand/eye coordination, able to lift up to 35 pounds routinely
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach for twelve hour shift
• Able to wear all required PPE (Hair/beardnets, Ear plugs, Safety glasses/ goggles, steel toe safety shoes, bumpcap, gloves, etc)

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to verify the quality of product being produced by visually reviewing product for defects and package at press as being produced.
