Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing seeks a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform visual inspections of metal stampings and efficiently package products for delivery to customers. You will record data in the Plex ERP system, support production, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Six months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Reliable, thorough and honest in performance.
• Willing to rotate across work centers.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Able to work full time, 40 hours per week, up to 12 hours/day including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual quality inspections of metal stampings and pack parts per instructions.
• Record inspection data in the Plex ERP system.
• Support production activities and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Meet daily production requirements.
• Cross-train on various work centers as needed.
