Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a quality-focused associate to perform initial visual inspections of metal stampings and efficiently package parts. You will record data in Plex, assist production, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily production targets.

This role operates on a W shift in Holland, MI with a 40-hour week and potential overtime. A high school diploma and basic English proficiency are required, with six months of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial visual quality inspections of metal stampings.
• Efficiently package products and label per customer requirements.
• Record inspection data in Plex ERP system and complete paperwork.
• Support production activities and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Rotate through work centers and assist with packing for next process.
