Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support routine product and packaging inspections, troubleshoot issues, and report findings at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH. This onsite role partners with Stores, Concierge, PD, Buying, and Distribution to ensure quality and timely resolution.

You will prepare quarterly quality metrics, drive vendor improvements through data, and help refine processes to meet customer expectations and Arhaus SOPs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, quality management or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of quality/packaging/warehouse experience.
• Experience with QMS systems, deviation investigations, OOS, CAPAs and Change Controls.
• Experience with domestic and international factories preferred.
• Proficient in Excel pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly reporting to provide insight into quality and packaging metrics for the department and vendors.
• Create and maintain department analysis and reporting as needed.
• Drive vendor improvements through data, accountability, and leadership.
• Maintain, refine, and/or improve processes within the area to meet customer requirements which include deadlines and quality/package standards.
• Collaborate with Stores, Concierge, PD, Buying, and Distribution teams on issues and determine next steps to prevent recurrence.
• Issue vendor chargebacks as needed and determine next steps for current inventory and future production.
• Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure timely problem resolution and action plan.
• Ensure all product is received per Arhaus SOPs and address discrepancies with parties.
• Read and follow job aids/work instructions to reduce quality/packaging returns and improve customer satisfaction.
