Quality Analyst role supports routine product and quality inspections, including packaging, troubleshooting, and reporting. The role emphasizes driving quality metrics, vendor improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Stores, Concierge, PD, Buying and Distribution teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in/with manufacturing/vendor setting.
• Experience leading, developing, and managing direct reports to drive change and hit department and corporate directives.
• Experience working within QMS systems, ownership of deviation investigations, OOS, CAPAs, and Change Controls.
• Experience working with domestic and international factories.
• Experience with regulatory and performance testing including CPSC, BFMA, UL, ETL, GCC.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High level of ethics, integrity, judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly reporting to provide insight into quality and packaging metrics for the department and vendors.
• Create and maintain department analysis and reporting.
• Drive vendor improvements through data, accountability, and leadership.
• Maintain and improve processes to meet customer requirements and quality/package standards.
• Collaborate with Stores, Concierge, PD, Buying, and Distribution teams to resolve issues and plan next steps.
• Issue vendor chargebacks and determine next steps for inventory and production.
• Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure timely problem resolution and action plans.
• Ensure product is received per Arhaus SOPs and address discrepancies.
