Job summary

Accent Decor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to own all aspects of product quality, testing, packaging compliance, and regulatory requirements, including Prop 65.

You will lead QA operations from inbound receiving to outbound fulfillment and supervise a QC team to ensure the highest standards from factory to fulfillment. This hands‑on leadership role requires 3–5+ years in QA or related fields, strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and experience with

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Compliance, or related role, preferably in home decor or consumer goods.
• Experience managing or developing direct reports in QA/QC.
• Hands-on, warehouse-floor environment experience.
• Working knowledge of Prop 65 requirements and product regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with third-party testing labs (e.g., Intertek, SGS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QC team and coordinate quality decisions.
• Oversee inbound inspections, packaging compliance, and supplier credits for damages.
• Manage quality issue tracking, timelines, and cross‑functional communication.
• Coordinate product testing and testing costs with third‑party partners.
• Own Prop 65 testing coordination and ongoing regulatory compliance.
