Job summary

TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking a Packager to join the 2nd shift. This onsite role in El Paso, TX, runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekend overtime mandatory.

You will inspect, package, and label parts, verify measurements, and support quality improvement efforts to ensure every shipment meets standards. You’ll be part of a team focused on safety, accuracy, and reliability, helping to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Package and label parts accurately according to specifications.
• Verify measurements and compare parts to quality samples.
• Remove defects and separate scrap material for reprocessing.
• Assist with sorting, rework, and containment as needed.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report safety concerns or injuries immediately.
