TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking a Packager to join the 2nd shift. This onsite role in El Paso, TX, runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekend overtime mandatory.

Inspect, package, and label parts on a Monday to Friday 2nd shift, making sure every shipment meets quality standards before it goes out.

Do you catch the small things other people miss? This role puts that skill to work. You’ll be the final check on product quality, inspecting parts, comparing them to quality samples, and making sure everything is packaged and labeled correctly before it ships.

You’ll work a consistent Monday to Friday 2nd shift, so your mornings stay free. Weekend overtime is mandatory in this role, which means steady extra hours on the schedule and more earning potential each week.

This is hands-on, steady work for someone who takes pride in doing things right. Your attention to detail directly affects what reaches the customer, and you’ll also help with quality improvement work that makes the whole operation better.

In many packaging roles, you just box and move product. Here, you’re part of the quality process. You’ll verify measurements, compare parts to quality samples, remove defects, and support sorting, rework, and containment when issues come up. That means more responsibility and real experience with inspection processes and control plans. Built-in weekend overtime also gives you consistent extra hours each week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Compensation and Work Model

• Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Weekend overtime is mandatory.
• Work model: Onsite.
• Pay Rate: $12.50/hr
