Job summary

TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Packager for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) at our El Paso, TX site. You will inspect, package, and label parts, ensuring every shipment meets quality standards before it leaves.

This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, with mandatory weekend overtime and a focus on safety and containment procedures. You’ll verify measurements, compare parts to samples, remove defects, and support sorting and rework as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and math skills.
• Understanding of packaging, labeling, and inspection processes, and control plans.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately.
• A commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Availability to work mandatory weekend overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to make sure they meet quality requirements.
• Package and label parts accurately according to specifications.
• Verify measurements and compare parts to quality samples.
• Remove defects and separate scrap material for reprocessing.
• Assist with sorting, rework, and quality containment activities.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, and injuries right away.
• Support production and quality improvement activities as needed.
