Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/quality.
• Experience leading manufacturing or quality teams.
• Knowledge of GM Manufacturing System (GMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of UAW-represented tradespeople with safety as priority.
• Implement and enforce GMS principles across manufacturing processes.
• Lead collection of quality data, identify root causes, and track CAPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems and produce quality vehicles.
• Develop and enforce standardized work procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Support new product launches with quality readiness.
