• Oversee QA across production control, mail processing, and enforcement outputs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions for defects and data issues.
• Define data quality metrics and monitor data integrity across modules.
• Ensure compliance and support audits and client reviews.
• Lead and develop teams; communicate quality risks to leadership.
