Qualifications

• Experience leading quality improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and Kaizen practices.
• Strong data analysis to drive corrective actions and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality improvement project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Create updates and report out project status to upper management
• Capable of identifying process nonconformances and coordinating cross-functional groups to identify solutions
• Facilitate or lead kaizen events for continual improvement opportunities
• Use six sigma or 8D methodology to drive standardization, results and continuous improvement initiatives across the global enterprise.
• Write and solicit feedback for process governance documents.
• Monitor process performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
