Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Orange, VA is seeking an agile, results-driven Supervisor, Quality & Mission Assurance to lead the quality inspectors and support propulsion programs at our Culpeper-area site.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years experience in lieu), 2+ years in quality management, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance. Travel to other sites is expected; 4/10 schedule with 10-hour days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Quality Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of quality inspectors and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Train and ensure compliance of Inspection Team and drive performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.
• Maintain readiness to obtain a US security clearance and travel to other sites as required.
