Job summary

Altria Client Services seeks a Quality Manufacturing Technician for Hopkinsville, KY (1st shift, 5am-3:30pm). You will monitor production quality, perform lab procedures, inspect products, measure process performance and record data to ensure compliance with specifications.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or 5 years of related experience (Bachelor’s plus 1 year). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with LIMS/TrackWise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5 years of work experience in Science/Technology/Engineering/Business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Business with 1 year of work experience.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking (root cause analysis).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with LIMS, TrackWise and Inventory Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize established sampling/inspection plans to perform analytical evaluations of quality attributes.
• Document, analyze & report test results to QA Management and Manufacturing.
• Assess data for specification compliance and initiate remedial actions for deviations.
• Verify/calibrate laboratory & manufacturing equipment within predefined protocols.
• Provide training and guidance for contractors and FQA personnel.
