Our Production Technicians play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional production standards and ensuring flawless operation within our manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining specific equipment, ensuring sanitation and housekeeping of production lines, and adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.

Your Job Duties / Responsibilities
  • You’ll work in processing and packaging operations with tasks assigned based on current business needs.
  • Rotations between different production areas are common, and can occur daily or within the same shift.
  • Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring production lines, and performing manual tasks.
  • The role can be physically demanding, and requires adaptability to changing tasks and working conditions.
  • Ability to easily move about an industrial facility, including but not limited to, working in tight or confined spaces, working at higher elevations, climbing on machinery, working in a dusty environment; majority of shift will be spent operating manufacturing equipment, lift equipment, forklift, etc.
  • Completing tasks that require manual work and some level of physical effort such as lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, bending, stooping, crawling, or walking, and you may be standing or walking most of your shift.
  • Following verbal instructions accurately.
  • Operating electric lift equipment, forklifts, and pallet trucks.
  • Applying basic mathematical skills.
  • Conducting quality inspections and completing digital checklists.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting wage: $26.61 per hour, with potential additional compensation through our manufacturing incentive program. Wages increase over 48 months.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance from Day 1.

  • Performance pay plan of up to $4,000 annually.
  • Additional bonus of $2,100 annually.
  • Deferred Profit-Sharing Contributions (401K) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% of compensation after 90 days of service.
  • Annual DPS contribution after one year of service (8-12% based on company performance).
  • Annual company supplemental contribution of 5% after one year of service.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States and for USSTC.
  • Available to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays on short notice.
  • Preferred: Manufacturing Technician Certification (MT1), equivalent manufacturing experience, operator experience, or military background.
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
  • Successful completion of required assessment.
