Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in quality management roles.
• Experience with ISO/QS standards and automotive/electronic requirements.
• Background in metallurgy or related technical training.
• Must be able to lead technicians and coordinate quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO quality system and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare annual Strategic Quality Plan aligned with departments.
• Collaborate with customers to address quality issues and drive improvements.
• Lead root-cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa analysis.
• Prepare Quality Reports, SOP drafts, and related documentation.
• Provide guidance to the Quality team and stakeholders.
