Malco Products is seeking a Quality Manager for the Barberton facility. This role administers the Quality Management System, oversees inspections, and drives corrective actions from raw materials through delivery to ensure a consistently high-quality product.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in quality within manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in a science field, and strong communication skills. ISO 9001 familiarity and leadership experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or related science.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Lab or Quality Management experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and sampling.

Aufgaben

• Administer and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across the facility.
• Plan, conduct, and oversee all quality inspections and evaluations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Investigate and drive corrective actions for product failures and customer complaints.
• Ensure proper documentation of manufacturing processes and maintain quality records.
• Develop, manage and mentor direct reports including chemists and lab technicians.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Communicate customer quality requirements to Operations and act as primary liaison with customers.
