Malco Products Inc. is seeking a Quality Lab Technician for the 1st shift at the Barberton facility. The role involves performing incoming inspection of raw materials, batch testing, and maintaining QC records to ensure products meet established specifications.

The position reports to the Quality Manager and requires an Associate’s degree or higher in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline. 1–3 years lab/quality control experience is preferred; strong attention to detail and good

Formación

• Associates degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of lab or quality control experience preferred; entry-level with relevant education considered.
• Familiarity with QMS principles (ISO 9001) and GLP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components and batch testing.
• Maintain records and equipment to ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with production and suppliers; issue CARs for nonconforming materials or products.
• Prepare and maintain SDS/MSDS documentation and monthly quality reports.
• Support internal audits and quality initiatives.
