Job summary

Malco Products, Inc. seeks a capable Quality Manager to administer the facility’s Quality Management System throughout the product lifecycle. You will plan inspections, oversee audits, and drive corrective actions to ensure every batch meets established quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related science and at least five years in quality leadership within manufacturing. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry or related science.
• Minimum 5 years of quality lab/QA management in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the Quality Management System across the facility.
• Plan, conduct, and oversee all quality inspections through the product lifecycle.
• Investigate corrective actions for failures and customer complaints.
• Maintain quality records per QMS requirements.
• Lead and develop chemists and lab technicians.
• Release finished products meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and responses.
• Provide technical support to Operations and QA teams.
