Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter who will lead the development and implementation of a quality management framework across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on audits, procedures, and continuous improvement to support production excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor inspection staff, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a Lean Quality culture on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing quality (regulated environment preferred).
• Hands-on inspection and testing experience with dimensional inspection tools (calipers, gauges, CMM).

Responsibilities

• Lead internal quality audits against customer requirements and ISO standards.
• Establish or refine QMS documentation and procedures to ensure understanding on the floor.
• Translate customer quality expectations into plant-specific standards and inspection criteria.
• Oversee supplier quality reviews and trend analysis; address chronic issues.
• Develop and mentor inspection staff; drive a culture of quality on the floor.
• Lead metrics dashboards and continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and warehouse teams on quality targets and processes.
• Weekly review of quality data with plant leadership and CI initiatives.
