Job summary

4MHR Logistics is seeking a Quality Lead to drive daily quality operations across incoming, in-process, and final inspections. You will coach the quality team, monitor workflows, and ensure timely disposition of materials to support production.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing quality with experience in ERP/MRP and QMS, and excels at cross-functional collaboration to enhance product

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in quality, manufacturing, or production with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
• Proficient in quality inspection processes, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality operations including inspections and non-conformance management.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to quality team members.
• Monitor quality workflows to identify and resolve concerns and minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate inspection priorities and labor allocation based on schedules and demand.
• Ensure timely inspection, validation, and disposition of materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and Purchasing to improve quality and performance.
• Support CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and metrics for reporting and compliance.
• Promote Lean manufacturing, quality system compliance, and workplace organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
