Job summary

TotalEnergies seeks a Quality Manager to supervise QA personnel and ensure quality across plant and vendor levels, driving monitoring and control to satisfy customers. You will review testing results, publish status reports, and initiate corrective actions with the Production Manager.

You will support ISO/TS 16949 quality systems, lead APQP meetings, develop and update Control Plans, and train team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Assurance personnel to monitor and control quality at plant and vendor levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and publish reports on testing and inspection results; lead actions from reject and scrap analyses.
• Initiate corrective actions, form Problem Solving Teams with Production Manager, report at weekly production meetings.
• Support APQP meetings with guidance on quality matters; establish measurement studies and drive process FMEA and Control Plans.
