MeterEnergy is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and maintain product and process quality across manufacturing operations. You will lead the implementation of quality systems, support new production line setup, and drive data-driven process control.

Responsibilities include quality systems development, SPC implementation, MES/ERP integration, and supplier quality improvement. The role requires experience in APQP/PPAP and DP/PFMEA deliverables in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience with APQP & PPAP processes.
• Ability to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and process flow.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain SOPs, Control Plans, and inspection standards.
• Monitor in-process and final product quality; analyze yield and defects; drive CAPA.
• Implement SPC and Cp/Cpk analysis; build quality dashboards and reports.
• Define quality data structure in MES/Odoo; support traceability and defect tracking systems.
• Support line setup, validation, and DOE; define quality checkpoints at each station.
• Define Quality standards (IQC) and support supplier improvement.
• Experience with PPAP submissions, including capability studies and documentation review.
