The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of QA experience in manufacturing, with ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma, and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to follow ISO 9001 Standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to coach and supervise others.
• Strong leadership, professional image and independent judgment.

Responsibilities
